An interview is an important part of massage and bodywork. It helps you know what is going on with the client, what they expect and what you can do to help them. We will learn how to interview a client to get the best information out of the client.
Taking good notes and charting them properly is essential to patient care as it serves as an official record of the care you have provided. We will explore a few different ways of charting / note taking, and you will decide which style suits you best.
We will also have a fun role playing exercise using your newly acquired skills!
You will receive handouts.
